I stayed for 5 days and the service was great, the room was very comfortable, the view was very nice from the room, bar, and restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was very good. This is my second time at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I always stay here when I visit Bucaramanga. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are attentive and polite. I love the view of the city at all times of the day. The location is ideal as it is connected to the very large Cacique shopping mall which has great shops, restaurants and a later food plaza. Perfect to kill time. The hotel restaurant is a lovely place for breakfast. There is a SkyBar with a pool which offers amazing views of the city and is one of the highest buildings I suspect.

Even though the hotel brand is recognized and respetable, this one looks old and not well maintained once you enter the rooms halls. The price is too high for the looks of the property and the services provided

The room was big, the view wasn't bad, we had a view to the running track but it has a background of the mountains which is nice. The food was good as well and the personnel was amazing, friendly, always willing to help and with a smile in their face! Definitely we will comeback!

Increíble view. Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great shower. The rooftop pool is stunning and the staff super friendly
